"rainy" day turned into a nice Sunday ride

Although, it was suppouse to rain, it end up being a nice day on the bikes. We managed to clock 200 miles overall this time. Long Island (Babilon), Jones Beach, Queens and some Bellrose hidden "street racing" place .... where there was not much racing, but where we found out that the new 2005 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 beats 2002 Suzuki Hayabusa 1300! Hayabusa is what's considered "the most powerfull" motorcycle, best for 1/2 mile racing ... not anymore

To be honest, it was such a great day I only noticed it was the 13th .... when I uploaded my pictures from my new camera next day  . After work, I explored the Village a bit (the famous Washington Square Park near New York University) for some "photo opps." & afterwards, went to the Bohemian Beer Garden in Astoria, Queens. Cool fun with bunch of "drunks"

Crazy ... Pickle Barrel 20th Annual Mini-Skirt Party

It is a 20 year old tradition for people of Killington, VT to finish the season with the bang 
How do you do it you might ask? Well, a Pickle Barrel Mini-Skirt Party of course! (u want in, u got to wear one) To honor the end of a very good Ski / Snowboard Season 2004-2005, my ski house mates have decided for me to attend and represent the house (by buying this pink mini-skirt for me ...). At first, I was worried about my image and thing ... but after 2 more drinks & much laughter, I've decided "what the hell" - I'm gonna come up with an outfit to match this damn pink skirt!
Well, I'm glad I did go ... ohh boy, it was the party of the year ... but before I tell you about the juicy details ... look at some of the photos first (warning ... some are very explicit)  ...
Well, the photos tell most of the story, but it just overwhelmed me how much of a fun / non judgmental atmosphere was going on the minute we stepped into the place. Shocking & funny was all around. Men who wore very well fit skirts some with matching shoes, tops, wigs, hats, etc ... what a site. Everyone is drunk, everyone is laughing and having the best time of their lives ...
Then we saw some sexy ladies (welcome and reassuring site), but we especially like this one girl that bend over for a photo up ... what a surprise when we soberly reviewed it later at close up ... Apparently as we found out on the next day from this Jersey girl "yeah, you not suppose to wear any underwear!". Unfortunately I had the "pleasure" of this guy .... not wearing any garment, while doing a break dance spin on the floor ... with his legs up in the air 
But the biggest shock came when all of the sudden, Liz & Ania ... started kissing each other. And I don't mean a little "buzi" kiss ...
And to wrap things off Ania gave us a little "bad girl" show. As we were walking home (yeah, with as much alcohol as we had ... it could only help to walk), she decided to jump into _every_ single pat whole filled with water, she could find ...
Well, once learns something new everyday (or night ). Although I've had plenty of fun at the Pickle Barrel this season, it has never been sooooo much fun! Thank the spot & the spirit of all the wounderfull Killington / Vermont people! I'm gonna miss it in the summer ...

To be more accurate we have opened the season last Tuesday - the Dear Park spot. But this Sunday was the "first official team run", except that members pussied out because the weather was in the 50s in the morning . Well, we picked up some of them later on during the day, as the weather was warming up.
We went all over the place: Yonkers, Bear Mountain, Brooklyn, City Island. It was a very eventfull day:
- I almost got taken out by this stupid, rookie, bastard that wasn't looking ahead ... (which goes into proving why I refuse to ride with rookies .... love my life too much)
- we wintnessed a shooting in Brooklyn ... very scary experience, especially when you realize it was gun shots, not fireworks you just heard comming from a block away ...
- we had to stop this stupid girl in a green Civic, in the middle of the road, because she was comming up too close to one of us
200 miles later I was tired, but very happy. Perfect way to open a season.

Overall, this weekend at Killington went nice and easy. Well except for this one "incident" ... It was suppose to be only 3 of us in the house & then ... we get a call from Lisa that some strangers named "Steve & Dianne" walked into the house & then left ... me and Van looked at each other - "Steve & Dianne ??? Who the fuck is Steve & Dianne?!". At first we kinda laughed it off, but then I decided to call the owners of the house & see who are those "strangers" and if they belong in our house, since we never heard those names in our email exchanges before ... Well, to our surprise, neither Dave or Grace knew who those people are ... Grace even started freaking out a bit & instructed Van to "change the locks, lock the windows ... and throw those people out of our house ... who ever they are ...". Well, the panic ended rapidly, when we got a call from Dave, who laughingly said - "it's Scott & Dianne, not Steve ...".  - Yeah Scott, we DO know ... bad, bad Lisa .... Scott, Steve .... what's the difference?
Other than that we've only made it to the Pickle on Friday nite & encountered "18 & over" party again. Conditions were actually decent for 60 - 70s weather. Bumpy, but still there is lots of snow in Killington! This might last until May!
Ohh, the title ... me & Van got to love this stupid song, that basically goes ... "yeah .... whatever!"

Although the weather basically sucked this weekend in Killington me & Van were P.I.M.P.ing big time ... 5/10 ratio of men to women was "finger lickin' goooood"
- Friday night was a chill nite, we basically just got very drunk in the haus.
- On Saturday morning I showed up on time & _had_ to work in the fucking rain (the conditions sucked), but ... at least I learned how to do a nose roll - cool stuff.
- The Mogul Challenge aka "wet n wild" party was off the hook: we _finnished_ 3 bottles of vodka, 3/4 of the keg (thx Grace), 3 (out of 5) boxes of finest burgers & hot dogs (thx Tracy!), salad & snacks (thx Vera, Michelle and Beckies)
- as much as Ericka was trying to get me & Van to wrestle (instigator ... or maybe she has some kind of fantasy of man fighting over her , we jumped & covered her in snow instead
- the crazy Pooh jr. & sr. were running around the place, cocktail cowboy girl was making lots of noise, some drunks were sliding down the mountain to everyone's entertainment & Polish mafia gave us some bigos. Everyone was having fun.
Overall the spirit of Killington was so strong we scared most of the rain away
* and to finish things off we took over the Pickle Barrel's upper floor: girls were shaking their booties.
- Grace & Mollie were so hot they opened the window & invited the rain over (with the "wet n wild" theme)
- DaVe & Vera got 2 warnings from the bouncer ... but we kept it safe & no one got throwned out
- Vera redeemed herself by stealing Brian's car keys and _not_ letting him drive home (yeah!)
- I enjoyed dancing with all the girls, but especially "the group kiss" ... w/ M & V
- me & Van fought off any "strange men" (guys from another house) that tried to attack our group. "Keep it in the family, you know?" . (although some sneaked into the van on the way home & we had to politely "let them know, what's up", so they left as we were getting into the hot tub)
- we had a ball. I don't remember when was the last time I had so much fun at the Barrel.
So the my Kilington blog adventure is going to change to a New York / summer time / motorcycle crazyness blog soon, but such is life. I'm really glad that I was in this ski house this season. I don't remember 1 borring weekend ... thanks to great people I've known or met this season. The weather also has been teriffic, it snowed like crazy at the end of February and almost every weekend we had a nice, sunny weather (my face tan is the proof ). Thank you all! I know some will keep in touch with me over the summer time.

Thu (i wasn't there but this is what i heard):
- "fire nazi's" little smoke adventure - Pyro Chen unsatisfied with her current bonfire situation decided to amp it up a level causing the doors to "glow in the dark" and smoked the house causing poor Stephanie a panic attack. Steph jumps out of bed & runs down the stairs "fire! fire! ... ohh mine ... fire!"
- van "d couch pusher" saves the day (or nite)
Fri - my strangers / craigs list ride up to Killington story: 1st one wants to charge me $45, 'cause "i recently had to fix my car ..." & the 2nd one is an inspiring comedian ... only 2 out of 40 jokes that i heard on the way up were actually funny ....
- Van's gumbas get everyone so drunk, we get excited over scrabble & word finding games
- springfield skihouse "got wood?" t-shirts idea
Sat - great sunny day, which ends way too quickly
- skiers vs. boarders pool championship - we diss stupid french wana be valley girl
- Vera & Michelle cook pasta spectacular - I chip in with my pierogies/sweet plantains appetizers - Grace & Vera discover that pasta is hollow inside & ... works great as a wine straw ....
- we must have been quite tipsy, when the "there are 3 universal solutions to all the problems in the world" - conversation started - "duck tape, windex & wd-40" - I tried to challenge this statement with religion & sexuality .... unsucessfully
- Vera followed up with "let's play sexual jenga" - somehow in a very weird way Mattias thought, that "butt plugs" would make great jenga pieces ....
- we divide into 2 camps:
a - the cool, 11:45pm pickle crowd & b - "we are not going"
2nd camp changes heart @ 1:30am.
a & b miss each other by minutes, because a left barrel @ 1:25am due to a really sucky band ...
- erica no longer a virgin ... pickle barrel virgin that is - we all shake our booties
- "i can show up how to pick up a hooker, fuck her, kill her & take the money back" - 2am, heavily intoxicated Grand Theft Auto session proved me ... that i can't pick up hookers ...
Sun - i almost get fired again ... Grace comes to save the day & fills in for me, so i can leave early with Van for New York then ....
- get drunk on sun nite too at Roman's / russian dinner party!

what a great weekend in Killington, VT! just what doctor ordered! (i felt bit on the low side for the past week, so plenty of sun, snow, friends and alcohol improved my mood tremendously)
Highlights (i'll try to write more detailed stories tonight) from Killington, VT:
- our favorite driver - Steve is BACK!
- dancing with Vera & Michele (at the same time) Friday nite at the Pickle
- later at home, DaVe falls asleep while sitting - what a great photo session opportunity! (my Polish vodka have had something to do it)
- ... he attempts to recover next morning with special "aspirin cereal"
Sat - I get in "trouble" by not showing up at 8 (for the n-th time) & not wearing black pants ... my pass gets pulled (after working like a dog with a group of 9 ...) & I ... continue to snowboard without the damn pass - i end up having a _great_ afternoon on the snow w/ Derin (coops, meeting some cool strangers, bear wipeout competition with the possey & ohh yeah ... "I make sudden turns, but Matchek rides like a ballerina" ... M tells me later as a complement ... )
- females only Vera massage (it was fun to watch though)
- Matchek's sausage fest vs. hot tub sausage fest + Vera's taco fest
- interesting Mike vs. Scott stock exchange conversation (i love the conspiracy theories)
- even more interesting statment from Steph: "I got all of these porn videos from my friend, but some weren't so good"
- Mike get's thrown out of Pickle ... (again, it's my vodka's fault)
- Vera attempts to do a body shot of Sean ... bartender protests, so we do it of Vera instead (thx mr. bartender)
- I walk home from the Pickle (voluntarily)
Sun - another gorgeous spring skiing, sunny day at the mountain - but by now we are all very exhausted ...
- I teach a skiing instructor, Martin how to board - yeah! (12 students this weekend - about 67 total this season)
- Scott decides to leave the mountain _early_ ... about 3:45
- Michelle bangs her knees, then .... on the way home we get a call that she passed out in a little red-neck town .... all 3 emergency departements were very egor to help out - she's fine BTW, but what a story ....
